Our Philosophy

We practice comprehensive medicine for all children, newborns to teenagers.  We believe the cornerstones of healthy lives are well visits and appropriate vaccinations.  Sick visits emphasize doctor family communication for proper diagnosis and education for treatment and judicious use of all medications.

  • Long term care for asthma and chronic illness
  • Minor wound care
  • Inpatient newborn care

Members of the Care Team

French Broad Pediatrics uses a patient centered practice model focusing on individual patient needs and working closely with patients. Our Advanced Care Team is currently comprised of Licensed Social Workers, Jennifer Van Lue and Russell Murray, for our patients with behavioral health needs; a Registered Nurse, Nicole Chapman or Emily Aftel, triaging patient calls. These same RNs are also our Care Coordinators. They serve patients by assisting the providers in managing patient care outside of this practice.
