Directions to our Primary Care Physician’s Office in Asheville:

From South Asheville/Buncombe County – I-240 East to I-26 West toward Weaverville, exit North Merrimon Ave., continue across Merrimon Ave. into Reynolds Village, office is located in same building as YMCA, most easily accessed from back of building.

Cancellation Policy – Please inform the office at least 24 hours before all cancelled appointments so not to incur a $35.00 (sick/same day) or $50 (consults, physicals, or appointments that are 30 mins or longer duration) failed cancellation fee.  This fee will be payable at the next office visit.  Any missed appointment that is beyond your control will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
