Triage

During office hours, our RNs, Lisa and Laura, can answer your clinical questions, and advise on the need and urgency of an office visit. They have been trained to provide quality advice based on American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines.

After Hours, we have partnered with PRN (Positive Reinforcement Nursing) for our nursing triage service. 

Care Management

ShaeLynn Byas also assists providers to ensure high-quality healthcare by reinforcing the individual patient care plan, providing further in-depth education about medical conditions, and evaluating patient progress between office visits.
